She’s gone form only having her two bottom teeth to pushing her top incisor a few weeks ago to her current state of having the rest of her top front teeth poking on through. At first it looked as though both bottom teeth had come in, but then the swelling went crazy and only one tooth remained. The front right. But oh glory! Now, both her little teeth are visible. I hope all 20 aren’t this bad. You have all the classic non-symptom symptoms: fever, drool, crankiness, disrupted sleep, and oh yes, loose stools. Please pop those teeth.
